About Us

Established
in 2016 to Established

in 2016 to tackle Social Isolation and loneliness in the community. We work
with people with altzhimers, dementia, mental health issues, additional support
needs, disabilities, recovery from strokes, remission from cancer, chronic
illness and language issues. During the summer months we deliver a free school
uniform campaign, collecting donations of school uniform and distributing to
parents and children; we have also sent school uniform to Malawi and clothing
to Tunisia, Russia and Cuba. We provide starter boxes for those coming out of
homelessness and women’s refuges with essential kitchen items and liaise with
other community organisations to source furniture and other items. We have
recently started working with community health visitors working in areas of
deprivation dealing with new mums to source baby push chairs, bedding and baby
clothes. We work with a network of individuals and organisations. We promote
the environmental awareness through Reduce, Reuse & Recycle. The services
provided will continue to be delivered as long as there is a demand and we can continue

to rely on the donations that help generate funding.tackle Social Isolation and loneliness in the community. We work
